Can I meet you in person to get my tiles?

This is the preferred delivery method. We'll arrange a meeting in Lisbon when your tiles are ready (Autumn 2025). It's free and you get the full story behind your pieces.

How much does shipping cost?

Portugal: €5 • EU: €8 • UK/Switzerland: €8 • Worldwide: €15. Due to the fragile nature of handmade tiles, in-person delivery is recommended when possible.

When will my tiles be ready?

Expected completion is Autumn 2025, perfect timing for Christmas gifts. You'll receive regular updates on production progress.

Are the tiles really unique?

Yes! Each tile is handmade by Kosmo Pteros, numbered, and contains unique traces from its reclaimed plastic source. No two are identical.

Can I change my collection choice?

Currently, only Ocean Collection is available. Email hello@reliquiaplastica.org for any questions about your order.

What if I can't meet in person?

No problem! We ship worldwide with secure packaging. Just be aware that international shipping can be costly due to the artisanal nature of the tiles.
