1. General Information

These terms and conditions govern the pre-order campaign for RELIQUIA PLASTICA handcrafted tiles. By supporting this project, you agree to these terms.

2. Product Description

RELIQUIA PLASTICA tiles are handcrafted Portuguese azulejo tiles created from reclaimed Ocean plastic. Each tile is unique, numbered, and comes with a certificate of authenticity. These are made-to-order products crafted specifically after order confirmation.

3. Made-to-Order Campaign

This is a made-to-order campaign for handcrafted tiles. Expected delivery is December 2025. By participating, you understand this supports the creation of custom-made products.

• Each tile is individually crafted after order confirmation
• Production begins 15 days after payment (after cancellation window)
• Production time: 6-8 weeks
• Delivery timeline: November - December 2025
• Perfect timing for holiday gifts

4. Pricing and Payment

Current pricing:

• Single Tile: €50
• Complete Ocean Collection: €160 (Save €40)
• Optional monthly Ocean cleanup donation: €5-50/month

Payment is processed immediately upon order. All prices include VAT where applicable.

5. Order Cancellation Rights

Production begins on day 15 after payment. Once production starts, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the custom nature of each tile.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and branding related to RELIQUIA PLASTICA are the intellectual property of RELIQUIA PLASTICA. Supporters receive the physical product but no rights to reproduce or commercialize the designs.

7. Limitation of Liability

As this is a made-to-order campaign for handcrafted products, delivery dates are estimates. We will communicate any delays promptly. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the supporter.
